Customer Service Manager
We are looking for a dynamic person to manage our front-of-house
to ensure our clients receive an award-winning experience!

You would be responsible for leading our team of therapists and reception staff to deliver a seamless service as well as supporting our clinicians. The roles involves leading a team, resourcing and rostering, service delivery, stock management and other regulated activities designed to deliver our award-winning service. Previous clinic experience is not required.
Previous experience in leading a team to deliver great service is desired and
you must be able to demonstrate a passion for great service too. Applicants 
will be subject to an interview, and the successful candidate must be able to
provide satisfactory references (that will be checked) and undergo a 6-month
probationary period. Salary will be consummate with the successful applicant's
skills and experience.
